In March 2024, "JANU Tokyo" was born in Akasaka Hills, featuring 122 guest rooms and the largest wellness facility in the city. "K5," located in Nihonbashi Kabukicho, is a hotel-based complex built within a renovated 101-year-old bank building. It has become a notable attraction with its contrast of retaining historical weight while incorporating modern sensibilities.

In March 2025, to commemorate the fifth anniversary of its opening, the first-floor food and beverage area was renovated. In one corner of this area, the all-day cafe "CAFE DANCE" opened. This establishment features a concept of "moments that make your heart leap" in daily life, from morning until night. The interior retains an atmosphere reminiscent of a bank building, with striking plantings and red furniture serving as accents. By softly dividing a large space that includes izakayas and bars with storage cabinets, it achieves a cohesive layout where the gaze naturally extends toward the back.
